LinkPing has not yet measured which directories ChatGPT and Perplexity cite, so we do not publish a ranking of them. As of 2026-10-20 the library tracks 410 directories; the best signal we can honestly give today is which of them have high authority, shown below as candidates rather than as confirmed citations.

AI search tools that browse the web tend to cite pages that list and compare products: review sites, "best tools" roundups, launch platforms and well-known directories. Which specific sites show up depends on the prompt, the tool and the day, so any fixed list ages quickly.
