Directory submission service and tool

How LinkPing does directory submission
- A shared library with per-site checks. Every site records whether it is free, needs a login, wants a badge, shows a captcha and whether its link is dofollow, with a last-verified date. Offline sites are marked, not queued.
- Copy generated per category. Your product brief is rendered into the fields each form asks for, with templates per directory category. Facts that are not on file are never invented.
- Your agent does the work. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or any MCP agent connects through the LinkPing plugin and works the day's plan in your own browser, on your own allowance. A Chrome extension fills forms and, only if you switch it on, presses submit up to a daily cap.
- Hand-backs instead of guesses. Captchas, logins, paid listings, badge requirements, email confirmations and image uploads are returned to you with the exact place the agent stopped.
- Tracking and verification. One submission row per (product, site). A daily check fetches each listing page and promotes a row to live only when it finds a real link to your product.
Manual vs service vs LinkPing
| Do it by hand | Done-for-you service | LinkPing | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Time on your side | Hours per batch of forms, repeated for each product | Briefing and review | Set up once; your agent works a daily plan and returns only the steps it cannot do |
| Control over copy and targets | Full | Depends on the provider; agree it up front | Full: you choose eligible sites and review every hand-back |
| Which sites | Whatever you find and trust | Provider's list, which may not be shown per site | Shared library of 410 sites with free/login/badge/captcha/dofollow fields visible per site |
| Data freshness | As fresh as your own research | Ask the provider | Per-site last-verified dates; this snapshot is 2026-10-20 |
| Proof a link exists | Your own spot checks | A report; ask what it is based on | Daily fetch of the listing page; live is written by the check alone |
| Cost | Your time | Agencies typically charge per submission package | No plans, credits or payments in the current build; your agent runs on its own allowance |
A service can be a fair choice if you want to hand the work off entirely. LinkPing is for people who want to keep control and see the data behind each site.

FAQ
What is directory submission?
Directory submission means listing your product on third-party directories, launch platforms and review sites. Each listing is a page about you that can link back to your site and be found by people and AI assistants comparing tools.
Does LinkPing submit for me?
Your agent does, in your browser, using the day's plan from LinkPing. It fills the form and presses submit itself unless a captcha, login, payment, badge, email confirmation or upload needs a person, in which case it hands the task back with a note.
How do I know a listing is live?
A daily check fetches the listing page and looks for a real link to your product. Only that check can mark a submission live; an agent can record at most submitted.
Is bulk submission safe?
Submitting to relevant directories at a steady pace is ordinary promotion. Volume is not the goal: pick sites that fit your category, avoid paid-only and offline ones, and keep a record. LinkPing paces work in a daily plan.
What does it cost?
The current build has no plans, credits, subscriptions or payments. Your agent host's own usage applies. A directory that charges for a listing is handed back to you and never paid by LinkPing.
Will this guarantee rankings or traffic?
No. Listings can add links and visibility, but results depend on the directories, your product and Google. LinkPing records what actually landed so you can judge for yourself.
