These terms govern your use of GetBacklink AI at getbacklinkai.com (the “Service”). By signing in or using the Service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Effective date: 2026-10-23.
GetBacklink AI is a workspace for submitting your own products to web directories and launch platforms, and for drafting, sending and tracking outreach emails for backlinks. Work is typically carried out by an AI agent that you connect and control; the workspace supplies the plan, data and tools. We may change, add or remove features at any time.
You may connect a Gmail mailbox so that the Service can send emails you approved and read replies and verification emails, as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you are entitled to connect that mailbox. You can disconnect it in the workspace or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions at any time. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s own terms, and Google may limit sending from your account.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You are the sender of every email sent from your mailbox. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your outreach, including CAN-SPAM, the GDPR and ePrivacy rules, CASL and similar laws: having a lawful basis to contact each recipient, identifying yourself accurately, including your contact details, honouring opt-out and removal requests promptly, and not contacting people who have asked not to be contacted. Emails are sent only after you review and approve them. We may suspend sending if we see signs of abuse, high bounce or complaint rates, or a Google policy violation.
The Service interacts with websites, directories and platforms we do not own or control. We do not guarantee that any submission will be accepted, listed, kept online, or produce a backlink, ranking or traffic, and we are not responsible for third-party content, terms, fees or decisions. Some sites charge for listings; paying is always your decision.
You keep ownership of the content and data you put into the Service. You give us a limited licence to host, process and transmit it solely to operate the Service for you, and you confirm you have the rights to do so. The Service, its software and branding remain ours or our licensors’.
Where the Service is offered free of charge, no payment is required. If we introduce paid features, the price and terms will be shown before you are charged, and any such terms will form part of this agreement.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. AI-generated drafts and agent actions may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing what you approve. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any SEO result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetBacklink AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or search rankings, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 50. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You will defend and indemnify GetBacklink AI against claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your outreach emails, your submissions to third-party sites, or your breach of these terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if we must to comply with law or a Google requirement, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive it.
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date and, for material changes, give notice in the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are the whole agreement between you and GetBacklink AI about the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our consent.
