What to prepare
- Copy fields: product name, a one-line tagline, a short and a long description, category and tags, pricing model, contact email. LinkPing renders the right variant per form from your product brief, and never invents a fact that is not on file.
- Logo and screenshots: many forms require an upload. Your agent can see which ones are on file but cannot upload them for you, so add them once under your product.
- A public page to link to: the URL you want listed, plus any landing URLs per angle.
- A mailbox you can read: some directories send a confirmation link or code.
- SaaS specifics: pricing model and starting plan as shown on your site, a comparison-friendly feature list, integrations, and your best use case in one sentence.
Pitfalls to check before you submit
- Badge requirements: some free listings only go live if you place the directory's badge on your own site. Each library entry says whether one is wanted; the badge kit helps you place it.
- Nofollow links: a listing can be real and still carry
rel="nofollow". Filter by the dofollow column, or run the dofollow checker. - Paid-only listings: a free form that ends in a payment wall is handed back to you; LinkPing never pays on your behalf.
- "Submitted" is not "listed": a confirmation page is a claim. LinkPing marks a listing live only after its daily check finds a real link to your product on the listing page.
- Dead and zombie sites: the library marks offline directories so they are not queued.

FAQ
Which SaaS directories should I start with?
Start with free, no-account launch platforms and review sites with a DR reading, then add startup directories. The table above is sorted by DR; use the free and account columns to find the quick wins. See also /directories/saas.
Do SaaS directories give dofollow links?
Some do and some do not. The dofollow column shows what LinkPing observed; unknown means not yet checked. Mixed link types are normal.
Should I pay for a featured listing?
LinkPing never pays for you. Treat paid placements as a separate marketing decision and compare them with the free options first.
How many should I submit to?
Quality and fit matter more than a number. A steady daily plan across relevant sites beats one large burst of unrelated ones.
